Max New York Life Insurance makes foray into health sector
COIMBATORE:
Max New House Of York Life Insurance on Wednesday made its raid into wellness insurance
sector and launched 'lifeline' consisting of three distinct groupings of solutions. The line of life conveys long term
insurance insurance for hospitalization surgeries and critical illness, Max New
York Director Selling Merchandise Management and Corporate personal business Debashis Sarkar
told the media. The medicash
plans were infirmary hard cash programs that provided the client a fixed per day
benefit for hospitalisation, intensive care unit admission, convalescence benefit and a lumpsum
benefit against an limitless figure of surgeries, he said. The health programs were
critical unwellness covered against 38 critical statuses from Alzheimer'S Disease to liver
disease, deafness to lasting disability, malignant neoplastic disease to bosom ailments, a range
offered by no other insurance company in Republic Of India under one plan, Sarkar claimed. The 3rd one,safety network was a
comprehensive term plus wellness protection program offering the policy holder
protection from any losings arising from critical illness, accident disability
and death. The company, which have 21 hundred thousand life
insurance policies with Rs 62,000 crore sum of money assured, was targeting a concern of
at least five per cent of last year's concern of Rs 1,700 crore in the initial
year, he said. The company
would spread out its activities and subdivision business offices in Tamil Nadu in the coming
months, he said.
